Lo sviluppo dei quadri di competenze costituisce la struttura teorica portante dell'approccio di alfabetizzazione A&IR per studenti e insegnanti ed è quindi essenziale per il progetto.
L'approccio didattico, sviluppato nel WP3, si basa su questi quadri di competenze, poiché costituiscono la base sia per la pianificazione e la convalida delle competenze ARIES degli studenti, sia per le competenze di facilitazione degli insegnanti.

By following the ARIES framework, teachers can create dynamic, student-centred learning experiences that promote critical thinking, creativity and digital literacy.
